Cancellation Policy

The Woven Grove Booking Policy Thank you for choosing The Woven Grove for your healing work. This policy exists so our time together stays sacred, respected, and unhurried. Respecting Each Other's Time Each session held for you is time set aside just for you, and it means another client is not able to book that slot. In return, please arrive up to 5 minutes early so we can begin on time and give the session its full length. We understand that life happens illness, emergencies, and unexpected moments come up for all of us. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as you are able so we can set a new appointment. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will not be refunded. However, we will happily reschedule your session to a new time. This policy simply protects the time held for you and honors the practice as a whole. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier we hear from you, the easier it is to reschedule. A Note on What This Work Is (and Is no) The offerings at The Woven Grove are wellness and spiritual practices rooted in shamanic, somatic, nervous system regulation, personal growth, and contemplative practices. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and are not provided by a licensed mental health practitioner or physician. If you are currently working with a therapist, doctor, or other healthcare provider, these sessions are intended to complement, not replace that care.
