Cancellation Policy
Sauna Usage Policy Thank you for booking your sauna appointment. The following guidelines help keep the sauna safe, clean, and relaxing for every client. Please arrive a few minutes early to change and settle in, sessions begin and end at the scheduled time so the next client's appointment is not delayed. Health & Safety Guidelines Sauna use is not recommended if you are pregnant, have heart disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure, are prone to fainting or dizziness, are under the influence of alcohol or sedating medication, or have any condition that affects your ability to tolerate heat. If you have a medical condition, please check with your physician before using the sauna. Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Cancellation & No Show Policy I respectfully ask that you provide a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing proper notice I am unable to fill that appointment timeslot. Please be respectful of my time, & appointment availability for other clients. I understand that emergencies & illnesses occur at inappropriate times. If you are experiencing a fever, an infection, vomiting, or diarrhea within the past 24 hours, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. I would much rather you reschedule to another day where you can enjoy your appointment, & prevent the possible spread of the illness. Late Arrival Policy I understand that issues arise & may cause you to run late for your appointment. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know of your estimated arrival. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late we can reschedule your appointment. In return, I will do my best to be on time, & if unable to do so will add time to your session or adjust the service charge accordingly. Inappropriate Behavior Policy Massage therapy & use of sauna is for relaxation, pain relief, and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session, & refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service cost regardless of the length of your session. Depending on your behavior exhibited I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect & dignity, and you will be treated with the same in return.
