Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No Show Policy I respectfully ask that you provide a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests.  Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing proper notice I am unable to fill that appointment timeslot.  This is an inconvenience that could result in the inability to schedule future massage appointments with Massage Therapeutics, if this becomes a frequent occurrence. Please be respectful of my time, & appointment availability for other clients. I understand that emergencies & illnesses occur at inappropriate times. If you are experiencing a fever, an infection, vomiting, or diarrhea within the past 24 hours, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. I would much rather you reschedule to another day where you can enjoy your massage, & prevent the possible spread of the illness. Late Arrival Policy I understand that issues arise & may cause you to run late for your appointment. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know of your estimated arrival. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late we can reschedule your appointment, or you can receive your massage for the remaining appointment time.  You will still be responsible for the full cost of your appointment. In return, I will do my best to be on time, & if unable to do so will add time to your session or adjust the service charge accordingly. Inappropriate Behavior Policy Massage therapy is for relaxation, pain relief, and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session, & refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service cost regardless of the length of your session. Depending on your behavior exhibited I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect & dignity, and you will be treated with the same in return.
